As part of our newest Policy in the Pub series of events, we are pleased to invite you to hear from the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Regulation Authority of Western Australia (ERA), Nicky Cusworth and Jenness Gardner.
Both Nicky and Jenness are prominent public sector leaders with extensive experience across State and Commonwealth Government agencies.
Nicky was appointed Chair of the ERA in July 2016. Before joining the ERA, Nicky was Deputy Director General at the former Department of State Development, and also previously worked for the Department of Treasury and Finance. Nicky has extensive experience in economic policy and analysis, and has a degree in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University.
Jenness joined the ERA as CEO in November 2017. Prior to joining the ERA, Jenness was Executive Director at the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation and worked for the Department of Commerce. Jenness has significant experience leading economic policy development, commercial negotiations and large-scale project development for the State. She has an honours degree in economics.
