Nominations for Office Bearing positions and Ordinary Council members must be made in writing and sent to admin@esawa.org.au no later than 5:00 PM AWST on Monday 25 August 2025.  Note that in addition to the established office bearer positions – President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary – it is proposed that a new position of Student Representative be created. Any person who is both an ESA member and an enrolled student (undergraduate or pos-graduate) at a Western Australian university on the date of the Annual General Meeting is eligible to stand for this position.

As usual, we require a quorum for the AGM, so please consider providing a proxy if you will be unable to attend.
