Nominations for Office Bearing&nbsp\;positions and Ordinary Council members must be made in writing and sent to&nbsp\;admin@esawa.org.au&nbsp\;no later than 5:00 PM AWST on Monday 25 August 2025.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Note that in addition to the established office bearer positions &ndash\; President\, Vice-President\, Treasurer and Secretary &ndash\; it is proposed that a new position of Student Representative be created. Any person who is both an ESA member and an enrolled student (undergraduate or pos-graduate) at a Western Australian university on the date of the Annual General Meeting is eligible to stand for this position.
As usual\, we require a quorum for the AGM\, so please consider providing a proxy if you will be unable to attend.
